Thank you for stopping by our website to get acquainted with the Waco Regional Baptist Association.  150 years ago, the Baptist churches of this part of central Texas gathered to encourage one another and to collaborate on local mission causes.  They formed an “Association” as a way of coordinating and expressing that sense of fellowship.  The ways that those relationships have expressed themselves across these years has continually changed, but the sense of family has not changed.  Our association of churches continues to “get together” in many different ways to share ideas and resources, encourage one another, collaborate on mission projects, and to start new churches.

I hope that this website eventually becomes one of those useful tools that you can use to join our family, establish those vital relationships, discover helpful resources, collaborate in mission projects, and participate in the life of the community.  For that reason, I welcome your input into what the contents of this site should include.  It is my desire that everything we do will foster relationships between the churches and will result in strong and effective churches that continually transform communities.
