The Basic Coaching Clinic is designed to equip leaders in churches and businesses with basic coaching skills that can be integrated and incorporated into their current leadership tool set and readily used in their setting. Coach training can dramatically enhance the leader’s effectiveness and greatly increase their impact within their place of business/service and the larger local community. In addition, this training will prepare leaders to effectively coach each other in coaching partnerships among their peers.
Participants in this training will:
• Gain a strong understanding of coaching and the distinction between coaching and therapy, consulting and mentoring.
• Develop core coaching skills that can be incorporated into the church or business setting.
• Receive a combination of coaching theory and practice.
• Observe LIVE coaching.
• Learn a Five-Step Coaching Model.
• Receive a complimentary coaching session with one of our coaches.
• Participate in a follow-up group coaching session 30 days after the training is completed. The intention is to provide support and accountability in the development of each participant. A bridge line telephone will be used.
A Certificate of Completion will be offered to those who have completed the Basic Coach Training Module, experienced a complimentary coaching session and participated in the 30 day follow-up group coaching call.
