The ministry of WRBA is driven by Teams of volunteers, both ministers and laypeople, who have come together not to form committtes that simply discuss options but Ministry Teams that become personally invested in the community. These five teams help to direct the focus of the Association’s efforts in every arae of its work while the individuals making up these Teams remain involved in their own church’s ministries giving the Assocaition a vital link to the needs in our area.
